Registration Information

The per person registration fee for Conclave 2008 will be $85. The fee includes participation in all Conclave activities, a 2008 Conclave T-shirt, and dinners for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night..

• All participants must present the signed Recognition and Assumption of Risk Agreement at registration on Thursday, March 6th.

Location

The ASFC Conclave 2008 will be held at the Alachua County Fairgrounds in Gainesville, FL. See Map & Directions for details.

Alcohol is prohibited at this event.

Tent camping is available on-site. There are bathrooms with running water and very limited shower facilities.
