To check conference room availability (135 N-Z [Alumni Memorial Conference
Room] and 376 N-Z)
• Go to https://mail.ufl.edu/
• Enter your Gatorlink username and password
• Go to the public folders
• Open the IFAS folder
• Open the SFRC folder
OR
If you are using IFAS exchange mail/ Outlook–on the bottom
of your outlook mailbox window is a little folder.
• Open this folder and it will extend your folder list to
include the public list.
• This will get you to IFAS and then SFRC.
You can also add these folders to your favorites by right clicking
on them.

The School of Forest Resources and Conservation has conference rooms
available at the Austin Cary Memorial Forest: the Conference Building
seats 130 people at tables; the Education Building has two rooms holding
20 each; the outdoor, screened Pavilion is also available.
If you wish to reserve these facilities for classes, meetings, etc.,
please contact Marie as early as possible. These rooms are also available
for UF, IFAS and outside agencies. There is a charge for personal
use which includes a rental fee and building insurance.
