Proposal
Information
All grant proposals must be routed through the SFRC grants office.
Proposals must include a completed DSR-1 form
and
Cost Sharing letter .
The proposal packet must be reviewed and signed by the SFRC Director.
The proposal will be added to the pending proposal log, in the
SFRC grants office, for tracking then walked to the IFAS Sponsored
Programs office for processing.
Sponsored
Program Agreements (SPA): SPA’s can be used for fixed
price agreements with Corporations, Foundations, Agencies, etc.
as long as they are not State or Federal. (SPA form is available
on the IFAS Sponsored Program website under Quick Links, Office
forms)
If your proposal is awarded, a Notice of Award (NOA) will be issued by IFAS Sponsored Programs and sent to the SFRC grants office. You will be notified by email that your project budget is in the SFRC bookkeeping system.
Financial reports are available online. Daniel Wright will be available to address your questions.

New PIs that want to submit through FastLane, Verni Mattson, 392-2356
ext 27, is the contact for registering new PIs that want to use
the FastLane process. She will need name, dept, SSN, year of PhD
(highest degree), phone and fax. You will be given a temporary password,
which will change when you go in for the first time.
