Tim Martin joined the School in 1999 with teaching and research responsibilities in Tree Physiology. From 1997-1999, he worked as a Research Associate with the Forest Biology Research Cooperative; he now serves as a Co-Director for the FBRC. His research program focuses on the physiological mechanisms controlling productivity, carbon and water flux in trees and forests. He is the Project Director of the NIFA – funded PINEMAP project, and also directs the UF Carbon Resources Science Center.
